amp for ATH-EM9

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to figure out which amp to get for my ATH-EM9s.. It'll end up going between an ipod 5th gen with one of those dock line out cables. I'm hoping not to spend more than $400 on this. Probably looking more for an amp that emphasizes the lows and not as much the highs. I'm hoping to get a portable, battery powered one and not a stationary one.

What ever you get, get one with a nice bass boost for these. I us the T1 and hope to have a T2 soon for mine.

Has anyone tried the Ray Samuel's Hornet with this? Wondering if that would pair well.
