Amp advice - Jotunheim vs Mjolnir2

Trying to get some help on deciding what amp to get. Currently have an XDA-2 w/ HD650's, but looking to upgrade my DAC and amp, and then get a new pair of headphones. I'm planning on trying out Ether Flows and LCD-2/3/X (want to try out some planars) once I get my hardware settled. These are used on my PC, both for music listening (mainly 80's rock) and some gaming.

Which of these two amps would be better for my current and future headphones? Really torn between these two. Note I've never heard a real tube amp, so getting the mjolnir2 would mean that I would get tubes + LISST just so I can see the difference. I've also got a balanced cable for my HD650s so that shouldn't be a problem.

Thoughts please?

I like the Mjolnir 2 but there is the Tube rolling aspect that you can't do with the Jotunheim. On the other hand, what are you using for a DAC? Because the Jotunheim can double as a DAC/Amp.
