I know this is excessive and ridiculous (have no idea how it got this way) but I noticed that I (with the new iMods) have an awful lot of mp3 palyers.

How many do you have, and what kind?

I started with a D-Link HDD based player that was huge and never worked right, but this is what I have on hand right now (including one's given [loaned

] to the wife/kids (but could be taken back at any time in a moment of inconsiderate rage):

-Bantam BA 350 4G
-Iaudio X5L 20G
-Iriver H-120
-Iriver H-120 Rockboxed (hey, it's got optical out [use with MicroDac] and no longer attainable without E-Bay)
-Ipod 3G 15G (wife now uses, err, I mean borrows)
-Ipod 4G iModded 20G
-Ipod 5.5G iModded 80G
-Creative Muvo 1G (son now uses)
-Xen Micro 4G blue (one for daughter)
-Xen Micro 4G grey (them and the ER4P's are excellent to keep in the glove for those in between service call park moments)
-Xen Micro 8G photo (hey, she got a report card with a 97 average, ok?)

So that makes 11.
I am working 2 jobs and Saturdays, so no, I am not a man of means. Just a man of desires.

What you got homies?

I only got Sony Vaio Pocket 40gb, I'm tempted to buy Iaudio x5 though to serve as portable harddrive for my digital picture so I don't need to bring my laptop during vacation.
Do anyone use Iaudio x5 to serve as portable harddrive for Canon Digital rebel xt? Is it possible to use it? I learn the hard way that my vaio pocket unable to store my pic.

I looked at the B&O at a storefront in a local mall. I didn't like it, or their headphones.

There's this guy at misticriver.net (pachinkoman) who probably is the king of dap ownage.

P.S. I have 3 working daps (iRiver iFP-395T, iRiver H340 and Cowon D2). I used to have an iRiver H10(5GB) as well.

My 3G has been pulling work detail since 2002 (replaced my 2G 10 gig).

I'll check my pics from that era to look for the D-Link DAP. It would leave pieces of a song in certain sectors when you deleted them and they would pop up anywhere in the middle of any song

1 5G ipod that craps out every 2.4 days
1 Iriver ihp-120 that can only hold a few songs due to HDD failure
1 Iaudio u2 that has suprisingly few issues (I love flash)
1 Crown and scepter

I have a rio karma that works, you just can't listen to it(headphone jack is gone). but it does turn on and you can navigate the menu.
