What is your favorite tube with the pan am?

I felt in love with the Mullard M8100.
To be honest, I have been for the past 3 years burning them with work. I think I am due for an upgrade.
What would you guys recommend for HD800, LCD2, GS1000 and I daily drive the EL-8.

I am getting the ORA graphene soon, so if you have any recommendations let me know

If you can still find one, try Sylvania GB-5654(gold pins). Very wide soundstage(mullard width & voshkod height) with a mullard cv4010 vocal and the airiness of the telefunken. Its bass is lighter than mullard(mid bass) and voshkod(sub bass) but definitely not bass light like the RTC.

I think it glows brighter compared to other tubes so it looks pretty on dark room if that matters to you .

I've noticed that too with some tubes, could be Sylvania (yellow printed)

Does anybody ran into the dead battery problem for the passport? Any information on where I could find a replacement?

No but I guess it should be some 12v ? The connector looks like a H type

This battery pack do work, with any amp between 12V and 24Volt. + Around 33hours battery life.

My battery died within two year. I sent back to Alo and they put in a new battery. This was 4 years so i doubt they will provide this service.

QUESTION: I now have a flashing light on both the unit and outlet...and passport does noto work. I’ve seen several posts mentioning the issue but no follow up on solution...??
