All-round Headphones for Indoor use <US$100

I'm looking for a pair of around-ear headphones for indoor use and want something more well-rounded as I listen to a wide variety of genres and plan to use them for gaming, watching movies etc.
 
I'm currently looking at the Panasonic htf600 and the SRH440. I was going to get a pair of m50s but they're 150 USD where I live. I am currently leaning a lot towards the shures because I like the portability, detachable cable and its neutrality and detail didn't really bother me when I tried them out at a store. 
 
Edit: Just realized I forgot to mention that I'm looking for circumaural headphones, not a fan of on-ear.

I'd recommend the;
SR60I-open, bright, neutral rolled off bass
SR80I-same as sr60i but with slightly better imaging
UE6000-Warm, dark, thick, bass emphasized, nice mids
MDR 7506-Flat, upper mids boosted, tight bass, good instrument separation
Citiscape Uptown-emphasized bass, recessed mids and highs, deep sound stage, warm, natural

My fave is the UE6000. Its instrument separation and detail retrieval wins out (+ tighter bass)

Thanks for the response, the UE6000 and the 80i are definitely out of my budget. My friend has lent me his SR60i's and I quite like their sound signature but really dislike the physical design of the headphone. I'll check out the mdr7506 when I can and I can't seem to find the uptown locally in Hong Kong, only the downtown.

Also look into the ATH ES700. I like the MDR 7506/V6 the most (not more than the UE6000) eq'd.

I don't know where to find the v6s seeing that they're discontinued. I haven't had the time to wander around more stores that are farther from where I generally am, but I have been on the lookout for them the past month or so.

The CAL! gets good reviews. Id expect a signature similar to the m50.

The SRH 440 is the MDR 7506's equal.

Hm.. I'll pop that on my list of headphones to look out for. Still aiming for the 440 atm. The sound is alright but I do like the headphone itself.

Can't find em :/, I've been looking to try the DJ 100 for awhile now. Can't even find a store that stocks koss.

ahh yea the POrta Pro is really awesome, and check eBay the UE 6000 goes for about $115 on ebay NEW a used UE 6000 might go for a lot less. There is also the Audio Technica A900x, I paid $97 for one on eBay and they show up on here from time to time as well. You can also [if you are ok with buying used]
 
check the head fi for sale thread, our members do NOT sell for profit, which means the prices are steallar, and since most of us took good care of your gear it's in excellent condition! Best of all you might make a new friend once all is said an done!

I'm using my friend's sr60i right now. I like its sound signature but I have a really big problem with the design and comfort of the headphone. Also I'd prefer something with a bit more isolation that the sr60i's. Thanks for your help anyways.
