depends on what you're going after, for pure music, i'd probably say the alien DAC, if gaming is getting thrown into the mix, then I'd say X-Fi, just because of the EAX support

when you say X-Fi XtremeMusic, do you mean the XtremeAudio for PCIe, or the XtremeGamer?
