hey guys, did anyone of you ever ordered directly from their site before ?

i was thinking of ordering a pair of headphones but when i clicked on the ordering info the email for enquries was this :

so just wanted to know if anyone has ever ordered from their site cause it seems a lil strange to me

Yes, I ordered a pair from them. They are a pain in the butt though. Do not really respond to emails and ship the HPs on their schedule (or Grados) but do little to keep you informed. Some get them within a week others longer. Mine took over a month to arrive.

This site is where I ordered my MS-1 with no problems at all. The phones showed up in my mailbox about a week after I placed the order.

I was one of those who got theirs within a week. From what I've read, you kind of have to be lucky to catch them with an email as headphones is not their main thing.

Not too happy. I ordered around Christmas so I think thats why there was a delay, but mine ended up taking over 3 months to arrive.

i asked him by mail and he said is better fast shipping 6 days for 15 $ because freeshiping can take until 100 days and is not trackable
