Good afternoon.

Im looking to add some more albums to my currently mediocre music collection.

I'll name my favorite bands along with their songs so you get an idea as to what kind of music sounds beautiful and catchy to my ears.

Poets of the fall - Late Goodbye
Poets of the fall - Illusion and dream
Audioslave - The Worm
Audioslave - Sound of a Gun
Seether - Fallen
Shinedown - Simple Man
U2 - Love and peace or else

I enjoy most rock varieties as long as its somewhat slow-paced.

All three Audioslave albums have some good songs, if you like one, you will most probably like a lot of their other songs.

Shinedowns album is also good. For other bands, you can try the new Alter Bridge album titled Blackbird. Also check out the most recent Foo Fighters album, has a couple of good songs.

Chris Cornells solo album Euphoria Morning has some really good songs, his more recent album is pretty bad.

Just a few other bands that come to my mind :

Extreme - Three Sides to Every Storr and Waiting for the Punchline
Cold War Kids - Robbers n Cowards
Wolfmother - Wolfmother
Mr.Big - Best of
Morphine - Cure for Pain
Muse - Origin of Symmetry, Absolution
Nickelback - Silver Side Up (everything since then has been completely downhill)
System Of A Down - Steal This Album, Toxicity

If you like Jack Johnson, you might want to give Nick Drake a try...

I already have the albums of Shinedown and Audioslave.

Alter Bridge - Blackbird: This album was top notch... Myles 's powerful voice just sends chills up my spine. After all this emo-crap ive been hearing lately.. this album was definitely refreshing.

Chris Cornell - I already have all of Audioslave's albums so it's no surprise that Chris Cornell is music to my ears.

Cold War Kids: I'm not really sure what to think about this band, his light wailing voice gets a bit annoying after a while though.

Nickelback: Not bad at all.

Muse: Not too shabby i guess, but its not really my kind of music.. his voice is too light and it lacks the power/gruff/emotion that i enjoy so much.

The other bands i didn't much care for at all. I'm just really picky about which music i listen to and it makes finding new bands really hard.

Anyhow.. any other suggestions?
