    In short - yes.

In long? Just google "Q701 reviews". It gets ridiculously high praise from pretty much everyone who's tried it, including myself.

what about steel series siberia v2 is it comparable with akg k701

from you saying steel series, i'm guessing this for gaming.
for gaming there is no better headphone than the Q701 in that price range. the AKG's and steel series cant even really be compared imo.
this headphone in the uk is usually hovering around £350 on amazon ($500+) and i still consider it worth it.
It is an excellent headphone with amazing precision.

sennheiser momentum or akg k701 or akg 702 ?
    it's hard to decide :frowning2:

Momentum is a closed can with a smallish cup, even though it's supposed to be circumaural.
So do take note. It didn't cup all of my ears...:p

I would gun for the Q701...to my ears, it has more bass quantity than the other two akgs.

Amazon is always my first choice, especially when you install some 'price tracking' plugin, then, you know when to buy it.
