Ive heard the k712 sound quality is very dependent on if it's getting sufficient power.

Will the creative g6 give it enough power to sound right?

Id like the g6 for both console and pc use.

Thanks

If your looking for the best USB sound card to use with both a gaming console and a computer (PC).
I guess the Creative Labs G6 is about the best option.

In the sense that even a 520i can get a speeding ticket, yes it will run it, but there's a reason why the M5 has a different engine, transmission, suspension.

I figure people who have to move in some fashion will more easily relate to that analogy than any of the following possible responses using other hobbies.

1. Yes but in the sense that a Honda lawnmower engine can move a KTM RC8 chassis the same way The Mountain can wear armor and ride a horse, but there are reasons for why the KTM RC8 has a 1200cc V-Twin. (I imagine there would be fewer people on two wheels, whereas those on four don't necessarily need to use them from the driver's seat)

2. Yes but in the sense that a King Deluxe 1000 can sharpen a Yaxell Super Gou SG2 nakiri, but why not just spend another $20 on a Suehiro Cerax 1000 that can do the job in half the time without looking like a plane crashlanded on it, or $60 more on a Naniwa Chosera 800 that can do that and not require a 15min bath to warm up. (Since not everybody cooks their own food, I can assume there would be even fewer people who maintain their own kitchen equipment properly)

3. Yes but in the sense that you can run Crysis on it, but only in the sense that you are willing to make it look like Quake 2. (This seems like a widely relatable response given overall computer sales, but not if you remember that Mac and Ultrabooks outnumber Alienware and Razer sales or laptop vs desktop)

4. Yes but in the sense that you can use that 35mm lens to simulate a 12mm lens by doing a 15-frame multi-vista panorama but why complicate your life when you need to do that and each of those frames will come from a 13-frame HDR? (As in #3, smartphones outnumber cameras while pundits claim real cameras are a dead market, plus the same reason as below...)

5. Yes but in the sense that you can watch a BluRay on a cheap TV, but there's a reason why some people watch movies on a 65in high res TV. (...while this seems an easily comprehensible example, the problem is that it is too easy to see while hearing resolution differences is another matter, hence why teh camera example above isn't about resolution; also, if it's not easy to understand that that's actually not about resolution, then that's also why it's hard to use it as an example)
