I've been searching for sealed headphones to use at work that are as similar to my Alessandros as possible, and am quite happy with the AKG K550. Only problem is that they're huge on me. I need about half an inch padding under the headband to actually have it sit properly on my ears. It seems the K545 are no longer made, but still available here and there. I know they're more compact than the K550, but are they actually smaller in the sense that at the same size setting they'd sit higher on your ears/head? I'd be willing to give up some of the soundstage in the K550 to get something that I don't actually have to modify (like adding cushioning to the headband) to actually fit me.
