I'm looking for opinions on an office setup.
 
My primary goal is to get great isolation, especially to stop sound leaking out.
 
I've got the following in mind:
 
- AKG K550
- Schiit Modi for DAC
- Schiit Magni as an amp
 
I have loads of desk space for the gear so space isn't an issue.
 
Cost-wise I don't want to go much higher than the above.
 
Any better suggestions before I pull the trigger?

Yes, I wonder why you are getting an amp. The AKG K550 is very easy to drive, so an amp is not necessary.

Fair point. It's force of habit plus I only tested them with an amp so I just assumed I might need one.
 
Might start with just the DAC and see where it goes from there.

I have had the K550 and it's a headphone that isolates very well both ways. It sounded very good to my ears and it's very comfortable, but I used it in a trade. Now I'm waiting for the new K553 to arrive

Yea, check out the AKG K553 on Massdrop, I believe there are considered an improvement over the K550.
You could also just get the FiiO E10K ($76) or Schiit Fulla ($79), cheaper then a stack of Schiit (Modi/Magni).
The K550/K553 are so easy to drive, you just do not need a lot of amplifier power.
