akg K340 recable

this is my first 3D.
i'd like to improve my K340, are very difficult headphones but i think sound great, than i thought as the first step to change the cable.
do you have some cable to recommend?
work in progress for the millett Starving Student hybrid head amp.

As for cables, I guess it depends on how much you want to spend.

I would go with a good mini quad cable, Mogami or Canare etc. Reasonably cheap and usually better than the AKG cable.

Hmmm I don't think you will find the mogami mini quad on ebay, but you can try. Otherwise if a slightly brighter sound does not bother you, silver-plated copper cable from ebay (usually navships) is pretty cheap and very nice for its price. A 24awg cable would be ok.
