I have a chance to get either of these, with the Austrian version being $50 more. From what I've read, there's no difference in sound quality or construction. Maybe I just have it in my head for some reason that the Austrian version is somehow "better", lol. But saving $50 helps me quite a bit right now, too.
I'm at the end of my headphone journey for the time being, as now have the planars I really wanted (HE-500 and HE-400i). But I started off with AKG and still love em. They'll be the only dynamic pair I own. What would you guys do?
