I have an Apache balanced amp on order and a pair of AKG 701 that needs to be rewired for balanced. I am looking for information on results with various cables.

I prefer Alex. You can see his work in my sig. He's a headfier too. Quick turn around rate. easy to communicate with.. ( IM him all the time) No limited length like other cable makers.. Great work & craft manship. Great quality. competitive prices.

My preference is GrandEnigma, however what you might do is ask a DIYer to simply reterminate the stock cable for you, at least in the interm.
