I saw AKG has a new low impedence version of the 240. Has anyone heard these; how do they sound? I have never heard a 240 nor any other AKG headphones, so descriptors would help.

Thanks in advance.

I had a pair and sold them. While they were fairly neutral and easy to drive, I thought the top end was soft and unappealing, this despite being a big fan of the "AKG" sound.

I have both the K240 Studio and K141 Studio (both 55ohms). I think both of them are great headphones. I actually like the K141S better than the K240S. But, both are definitely an excellent value.
