Crap...
Unfortunately, my ety ends cracked on me yesterday at work while I was twisting them in my ear!

I emailed their customer service and got a responce immediately. They will fix my tips for free even though I've had them for more than a year!

...I thought I could cure myself from not buying anymore headphones...

(yeah right!) when I bought my Ety's, but today I bought the Sony D66's. LOL!

Lesson learned: take better care of the Ety's (now strictly for commuting use) and get a more efficient headphone to use at work.

Good to hear that!

A number of people have had similarly super-spectacular experiences with their customer service. It's almost like they're saying "Oh well, here's some new ones cuz it costs us a few bucks to manufacture these anyway and we'd rather not loose a customer anyway."

It's starting to make me wonder, really...

Good to know that you'll be taken care of should (knock on wood) anything happen to your etys.
