1. some jackass decided to steal my car cd player about half a year ago... it wasnt a month ago until i replaced it with a new Alpine CDA-9813

well, they did a hack job, and ripped apart my dash, taking all the brackets/clips, leaving wires cut/shorted/half-assed, and etc... so for a few weeks i was driving around with the cd player suspended in the mess of wires with the dash half-way hanging out

and then 2 weeks ago my left front Alpine coaxial decided to poop out on me


well, today, with it being summer and all, i finally had a chance to fix everything. bought new brackets, reran (a word?) the wires, and put everything back in place... now it feels soooooooooo nice to have everything working !

time to burn some MP3s :-D (to replace the 300+ disks the jackasses stole!)

I really hate rookie thiefs. They're the worst kind. They **** up your whole car to get to the things that don't even matter.

My brother had a really ****ty team of rookie thiefs **** his truck up. They tried to break through his steering column, but ended up just ****ing the whole thing up. Hotwired the truck instead. They then took it for a joyride. After that, they stole his battery, new 300$ mallory ignition wiring harness, and a rather nice stereo head-unit (a 350-400$ piece). They completely ****ed up the interior of the truck and caused him about 300$ in physical damages alone, include the price of the crap they stole and it's just barely over the 1 grand insurance deposit.

yeah, small crooks suck. i dont know if i should be glad that they TRIED to slim-jim my car before they smashed the window, because their slim jimming broke a clip on the door-lock mechanism . now my driver's door doesnt unlock from the outside and i have to climb in from the passenger side to drive my car
