Of all the 7 sizes that are included, the standard medium had the best fit. However, are there any tips that would fit the EX700 such as foam or flange tips?

Comply T400 and UE's bi-flanges both fit EX700.

Thanks, looks like the T400 look good, the triple flange on my iM616 didn't fit so well so I wont be trying the UE.

Fit in your ear or on the IEM? In any case, UE bi-flanges is very different from Ety's tri-flanges. Check out the picture of different eartips from the link in my signature.
