My super pair of JHS LH615 headphones are pretty much at the end of thier life so was wondering what to replace them with. I use them for playing the piano (Technics Digital Ensemble) and listening to my Hifi Seperates (NAD).
These have been recommended as good headphones without paying for a brand name however while I am happy with the price I wouldn't like to end up getting a bad sound.

Headphones from John Hornby Skewes - HP800

Can someone advise me what I should get? I have about £40ish to spend.

Thanks

Those HP800 actually look a lot like the headphones that British Airways offered on their TransContinental and TransOceanic flights in Business and First Class. They sounded muddy as hell and I didn't care for them. But I can't guarantee that that is in fact, what they were.
