Okay, as much slack as Apple gets about its advertising campaigns, ya gotta grant that they are more interesting than iRivers thrown together "bite out of an apple" plain billboards, Creative's TV commercials and now Dell's "hip" Ditty spots (just saw over at DAPreview.com). Well 'Air Guitar' isn't bad.

Any predictions on increased Ditty sales?

My prediction: The Ditty will sell less here up in Canada than these no name brand mp3 players. Ditty has no compelling features over these no name brands, and a bit mopre expensive here too.

No product with a name as stupid as DJ Ditty can be sold in decent quantities. I would have named it "Dell Dwarf" or even "Midget Dell".

eeeew lord those are horrible, i mean the creative ones grabs your attention since its not in your face products untill the end, but its not a punchline ending like the Gieco insruance commercials. I havent seen iRiver's but those are horrible

The same thing Apple Computer, Inc is thinking in regards to its comptuer business. In other words, "Let's hang in there although the war is lost."
