HI: If I got a headphone that has a 1/4 plug and my amp has a 1/8 plug and I find that the adapter in way to big and puts to much weight on my 1/8 plug what do I do? The only thing that I can think of is to get a adapter that has a wire to lessen to weight on the amp hole but still find the plug to big with the adapter.

One solution would be to get the Grado 1/4" to 1/8" adapter, there would be some flex as the Grado adapter has a bit of cable between the plug and jack which would provide strain relief.

Any other adapters that people have found are high quality? I'm talking both 1/4 to 1/8 and 1/8 to 1/4, cord or no cord. Thanks.
