@JasonNYC does the P1 have a battery charge limit option? Like limiting the battery charge limit to 85%

Are there any review units one can apply for?Yes it does
Still interested in this. I have the iFi Go Blu and the A&K HC4… maybe this could replace both?
Question:
Has anyone tried this with sensitive IEM’s? (Or more particularly the IE900 & IE600) - If so, is the noise floor deadly quiet on 4.4mm?)
Also, how does the volume work, what are the steps using the side buttons and is the lowest volume setting quiet enough for the aforementioned IEM’s?
I haven’t tried my HC4 with the IE900/600’s yet but I’m guessing the first volume step will be too loud.

Neither the IE900 nor IE600 are sensitive^^ but i understand your issue with too high volume. Had that issue with almost all of my DAPs (except the M11 Plus ESS) and luckily no longer since i use my USB Dongle which is quiet enough on 001/100 Low Gain (especially as i can further decrease the input volume to the Dongle on the PC or Smarthone)Still interested in this. But i have not yet been able to test it as soon i have a testing device, i am going to test with my SE846 which is insanely sensitive and loud (9 Ohm, 114db/mw) and will report back
No problem, thanks. Yeah I understand they’re nowhere near as sensitive at the SE846. But looking at the other technical specs of the P1 on the homepage, i would be highly surprised if there would be audible noise floor. No problem, thanks. Yeah I understand they’re nowhere near as sensitive at the SE846. I’ve had them before and the struggle was real
With 4Vrms, A&K seems to have decided for an sane amount of power output and that should mean the noise floor should be rather low. I expect to hear nothing with the SE846 so it should be safe for your Sennies

Sorry, I thought I had responded to this earlier and see I did not. The P1 was submitted to Roon for Roon Ready certification before going on sale. Still waiting for certification to be completed and do not have an ETA on when that will be completed by Roon. For Roon ARC, unfortunately it is limited to 24/48 on all DAPs and only supports bit-perfect when using a USB DAC and enabling the beta USB Audio drivers in the app settings. It has been on Roon's roadmap for a while to bring bit-perfect Roon Arc support to DAPs, last update I saw posted in the Roon community pages was Fall 2023. I have not seen any further updates since then. It's also worth mentioning that while the DAP features Roon Ready and has it already in the UI, Roon recognizes the DAP as unvalidated and won't allow me to use the P1 as an endpoint. My current workaround is installing RoonARC and using it if I want access to Roon, although it seems to route audio through the Android stack.

Thanks for the info on certification and about RoonARC. I didn't realize it will only do bit-perfect through USB since my use with it has always been through my phone with BT or a dongle DAP. The HB1 is my go to portable device for IEMs with my phone, but the size is the P1 is great and I see myself using it on the go quite a bit.Sorry, I thought I had responded to this earlier and see I did not. The Activo P1 appears to have disappeared from Amazon US. No search of any kind will pull it up. The "where to buy" link on the Activo home page is dead also. Anybody know what is going on. The Amazon UK link is still active.
@JasonNYC I was just going to pick one up. Is there anyone shipping from the USA? I wanted to know if we could get free shipping. The Activo P1 appears to have disappeared from Amazon US. Not sure what the issue is. We have plenty of stock, so I am assuming something on Amazon's end? I don't currently have access to the Amazon store. I unfortunately will not have an answer until the team is back in the office on Monday morning (Sunday night here). Will share an update when I have it.

That is kind of what I am waiting on(free shipping). I have Prime but that apparently does not matter in this case. I have a SE300 so this is all about curiosity more than anything else.
