I just wanted to buy one of the last models of the m2. Thought the mobile players are out of business after voxx got AR. But this information change everything now. Unfortunetly your pictures doesn't work anymore. Can yo reupload them? Any news about dates of presentation or release?
Maybe you should change your focus to Cayin n6ii T01 model. It's a new design with TI BB dac chip with balanced way and use vcarious TI op amp chips to make a wild sound area and good sound as like as arm2. Or you just wait for AR new DAP.

I found an official statement that there is a M2 successor "in the works".

Last passage in the following link: https://audiofi.net/2018/05/acoustic-research-hi-res-products-officially-launched-in-malaysia/

"Aside from this present lineup personal audio products, Acoustic Research’s representative Arex Li also confirmed that a pair of closed-back headphones and a successor to the music player are in the works. We sure can’t wait to test them out once they hit the shelves!"

Article is from may 2018.

M11 is digital and clinical sounding. Would be a huge downgrade imho. But.... try yourself.
The timing of this statement. I have been really interested in an M11/M11 Pro, thinking it could be a solid upgrade, but...
I love my M2, but the dated android interface is just such a bummer. I would love to see some updates to actually modernize it, but I know AR has abandoned it at this point...

I would love to see a new flagship player from Acoustic research. I have the Acoustic research ar-m2 and I love it, I even bought Ar-m20. Acoustic research make it happen

My M2 is working erratic with the wifi, can't use the streaming. Could be the software?
I don't want to swap to AKs, they do not have enough power for orthos.

Don’t sites like APKPure or APKMirror offer older versions? Not sure anymore as I just stick with ARMP Pro now on the M2
