I bought my AWD210's in August 2008 and recently noticed that the LED that indicates the headphones were charging would light up for a short while (say, 15 to 30 minutes) and then go out and repeat this every few hours. This would be with the headphones connected to the power source but after the headphones were fully charged and not in use. So I posted this in a message with the Audiovox support folks and over several messages they told me I could return them for replacement but never explained why it was happening. So, I returned them to HHGregg two weeks ago and the new set is doing the same thing.

Does anyone know if this is just a quirk or if it is a serious issue?

I enjoy using these; while I'm not an audiophile I do believe they have excellent sound with my cable box, DVD's and CD's. On the other hand, I don't want to get stuck with dead headphones after the warranty expires.
