Renewed headphone interest has renewed my interest in acoustic music. I'm searching especially for acoustic Christian music. I love acoustic bass, cello, drums & vocals. Can be jazz, folk, even rock, just acoustic. Also, any other acoustic music that fits that bill.

I would recommend Jars of Clay's self titled album has a couple of acoustic tracks and it's one of their best.

Yeah, I'd also reccomend giving that album a try.

Jars of Clay is usually a bit too mellow for me. My fav Christian band of the moment is East West. Stear clear of that if you're looking for acoustic though

I highly recomend "Alison Krauss + Union Station Live" (from Louisville, KY, 2002, Rounder Recirds Corp.). A bit less refined than their studio performances (as can be expected). But nevertheless a superb live recording that maintains the detailed, precise acoustic sound that I love AK+US for.

The cut "Let It Rain" from Ricky Scaggs' Ancient Tones CD. Awesome.
