The April/May issue of The Absolute Sound has a blurb on p.17 about an Accuphase E-530 integrated amp, 30 watts per channel, all-discrete design with MOSFETs and current feedback, containing an Accuphase DAC-10 card, and a dedicated headphone amplifier. Only $7,495. The distributor is at www.axiss-usa.com but there's nothing up yet about the amp.

Now if I only had some spare change...

Wow, an Accuphase headphone amp, eh? I think we should start an Accuphase coin jar. I'll add the three pennies I have in my pocket. Anyone else in?

...alright, it was just a "scratcher", and it was just US$100, and I spent US$60 getting there, but what the L, I'm in for US$20.

Sorry to dig up this old thread.

But I recently purchased an Accuphase integrated amp. With my HD600, the headphone out is heavenly!

I was regretting my decision to sell the Grace 901. With this integrated, I don't think I'll be needing the Grace 901 anytime soon.

I have recently acquired an old Accuphase E-305 integrated amp...and wow...I am amazed by the sound of both the speaker outputs and the headphone output.

The headphone output was the biggest surprise with HD-600s

This 30 year old integrated has blown my socks off and replaced an Electrocompaniet ECI-3:)
