About to get KSC-75's, good for sleeping?

I actually bought them before for $30 but decided not to keep them till I got them a bit cheaper. I decided to order them for $11.83 + shipping from Amazon today. (that's where they rape you, but still $18 nonetheless)

My question to you guys is, how good are they for sleeping? Decent? Impossible? I currently use these Philip clip-on buds for sleeping, and yes they can be uncomfortable when sleeping on my ear, so I generally try to fall asleep face-up. Is this the same issue with the KSC's?

Thanks in advance.

Not possible with my ears. With the headband mod, yes.

I simply cannot use the ksc75 when lying on my back, as their weight simply causes them to "decouple" from my ear. I don't find them comfortable for use while lying down on my side as well.

After I Rockboxed my Sansa, the sound quality got such a huge boost with the right tweaks, I couldn't refrain from ordering them now.
