Well I ended up getting the MDT's for 294 price matched from vanss to sonic electronix.  Thought might as well spend a bit more for the better 'phone.  Wont realize the price difference in the long term anyways.  Especially with monsters sweet warranty!  Thanks to all who have took the time helping me out/commenting. You guys never fail to make people lighten their wallets.
