Hi, first of all srry for my english is so bad.
I buy a MMX300 from beyerdynamic online shop 29-12 with credit card and recieve the order confirmation.
Nowaday the headphones have not been sent to me, i send some emails to the support but never get reply. My question is, how many time take to send the product normally?
My second question is if the MMX 300 have incorporated a control volume and microphone mute? I search for this info and send email to beyer but i cant confirn in any site.
