a900 craze

firstly, it seems like the tenfold response to every a900 post is "i just ordered mine off audiocubes!" or "i just got mine yesterday, they're great!"

secondly, i just got mine three days or so ago by taking the advice of many, and i love 'em. which is why i'm curious about their history.

when did this whole a900 craze on head-fi begin? when did people start listening to them, and how did people find out about them? i'm just so curious because it seems to be popping up everywhere.

no idea. I read lindrones review and got my 500s about 6 months ago. I plan on getting the 900s this summer

It began a couple years ago when they first debuted. They look pretty cool on AC's Website and a few of us tried them and fell in love; they quickly became the most popular $200 headphone at Head-Fi.
