Hi everyone.
I have been a long time user of Etymotic ER4, and really satisfied with its superb sound quality. Old model as they are, I am pretty sure that ER4's are still one of the best ever on the market and have almost everything that you would want for a pair of IEM, except for a few unfortunate features, though. One and foremost is that they don't come with any replacement cable within a "reasonable" price range.
However, those old days are gone by now. I've found an Ebay seller who sells some wonderful products that you have long wanted which will be “the” solution for the replacement cable problem. I have bought a replacement cable from him and tested with my pair of ER4. I have to say that his products are quite budget wise, and the sound quality is as good as, or possibly better than, the ER4’s original cable.
Here's the link. Thanks.
