a friendly reminder to vote

if you're a us citizen 18 years or older you have the opportunity to participate in the greatest tradition the united states has: voting. sam adams pissed off a **** load of people and george washington lost a lot of battles for this, so pay them the honor they deserve by registering, checking out what issues are out there, reading the paper, and voting.

seriously, i don't understand why anyone who has the opportunity to vote doesn't. or, to be more accurate, none of the reasons i've heard outweighs the honor of placing a vote and being heard.

EDIT: whoops, forgot to add - you youngin's, this post is for you. you old farts who don't vote are just grumpy.
