963SA with HD600 = good?

Well, now that my HD600's are on order...I need a definite source upgrade. I was thinking of getting a Philips 963 SA to compliment the Senns. Add into the mix a Headroom Little amp (which I can always upgrade,) and I figure this should sound pretty sweet. I'd appreciate it if anyone familiar with this setup could perhaps familiarize me with the sound of the 963 SA / Little coupled with the HD600. Thanks.

I thought I did. Not so much a headphone source match. But HD and MG Head is well perfect and affordable. Or if you can find a nice Melos.

Well, I did some research, it seems that the MG Head isn't currently stocked by Headroom, and is hard to find in these forums. Anything else in that price range that pairs up with the HD600 nicely?

Well, i've decided to get the MG head instead of the little, as this seems to be a pretty nice pairing. I'm still unsure of the 963SA with the HD600, though, guys...could someone please clue me in as to what kind of synergy they have together? Thanks.

When I had that combo with the Corda HA-2 between them...it was wonderful synergy. but ultimately sold them in favor of the CD3Ks

I would get myself another pair since so many are appearing for sale on our board, but I am going to hold out to hear reviews of the Senn650.
