64 Audio A12t/U12t Impressions

Quick cable question.

I want to get a balanced 4.4 MM cable. Do I need a right angle on the two pins side? They seem hard to find. Just looking at the stock table, they have somewhat of a right angle connection with the two pin. I was thinking that that helped with the placement of the wire around the ear.

Thanks?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my endgame gears now: U12T + Dunu Hulk Pro (best match so far, I've tried BC130A but it make U12T sound too organic especially it doesn't expand the soundstage but Dunu Hulk Pro does)

hi, I just got my U12t, can anyone tell me how many hours of burning time is needed and, any recommendations on 4.4 cable , for orchestral music around USD 800
None. You can just enjoy the music. For 4.4mm cable I have been using the dunu hulk

Resolution/detail retrieval wise, How does 64 audio u12t hold up to other TOTL IEMs out there? 64 audio u18s/t, 64 audio fourte, empire Odin, empire evo, VE Ext, VE Phoenix, Sony Z1r, UM mest mk2, Moondrop S8 etc? Thanks all

The only things I think are better are the Annihilator and Mest Mkii. Helios is a close 2nd

I had an extended demo of VE Phonix recently, and as good as that IEM is at detail retrieval, U/A12t is not all that far behind. Main difference is in the tuning, 12t has deeper, thmupy-er sub-bass, whereas Phonix has a warmer kind of sound with elevated mid-bass/lower mids, and it also has elevated treble, that is almost peaky at times, whereas 12t is much smoother and more polite. 12t has deeper and taller soundstage than Phonix, with an edge in dynamics.

Both IEMs are fantastic in their own way, and create a vibrant, encompassing image of the music that I found to be highly engaging, they just get there differently..

I also had VE EXT as part of the same tour, that IEMs dynamic drivers move a little more air and can be pretty fun, but it falls far behind detail-wise when compared to 12t and definitely when compared to Phonix.

I have tried Mest MKii and the resolution is amazin. Annihilator has just recently reached my local market so I hope I will get the chance to test it out soon!
They’re both great. A12t got the best bass. Anni got the best treble and Mest is the best all rounder. All are amazing
