570 lid problem

Step 1: Plug power cable into wall. Step 2: Plug other end of power cable into....umm.... Step 0.5: Order something to power with power cable.

My lid keeps poping up every time I tilt my player or touch it. Any suggestions on how to stop this? Right now I just taped some used batteries to the lid hehe...

Biggie.

Is the clasp loose? The spring might be worn out, especially if your player's old. You can probably replace it -- wouldn't know how though, and I don't feel like disecting mine.
