Hi I just purchased a 490 pro plus. It' Since I'm new to finding a good dac amp combo can anyone recommend a good dac no more than $300 that would make sense to pair. Options ive considered are the Smsl Raw and the Xduoo Xa-02. Would like to keep the sound without much coloration especially in the midrange.

The JDS Atom 2 stack, Topping L30 II E30 II lite, or E50 L50. For all in ones my pick would be the SMSL DL100 which is compact and plenty of power. I've had all those several times, but the SMSL RAW looks great on the ASR measurements, and the display looks good. I ordered one last month but AliExpress delivered it to the wrong address, but will grab one to try soon.
