I just picked up a Chaintech AV-710 and discovered how much I really need a decent amp for my headphones to sound good.
I currently own the F1s, and I'm pretty much dead set on buying SA5000s or CD3000s sometime this summer. With regards to the amp, I'm more interested in how well it'll drive the incoming cans, but obviously I want it to do a decent job with the F1s too.
My price range is around $300 (possibly flexible up to $400). So far, I'm looking at: Corda HA-1, HeadRoom Micro, Rockhopper M3, or Gilmore Lite. Which would be the best match for SA5000s/CD3000s? Any other suggestions in my price range?
