Hi fella's and felli's,
 
 
I've done my searching for t a 3.5mm right angled short interconnect (<8") <-- that is not a smiley, it means less than eight inches.  I've come to the conclusion that most of you guys are making these yourselves.
 
Ideally I am after something like this:
 

 
I know my cheapest option is the Fiio L8, but I guess I want something a little prettier. What are my options for of-the-shelf interconnects? I will settle with the Fiio L8 if I have to but looking at everyones rig's kind of makes me want that 'special' interconnect.

Your walkman actually supports LOD (Line Out Dock) you don't need to be amping from the headphone out. Grab yourself one of these docks to use so you can take advantage of the true line out port.

Can try BTG Audio maybe? At least their pricing seems to be reasonable and you can chose the length.

I'm sorry, I assumed the top photo was your rig and you were after a cable for that.

What you want is something like this without the silver/gold wire.

If you contact the eBay seller and explain he will build you one with the jacks shown any length you want. It will be much cheaper in copper or silver plated copper than the MUNDORF Silver/Gold price in that listing.
