I assumed this would be at least $300, so happily surprised that it's slightly less. This should work as a replacement for any 8mm ZIF-based player (like my Gigabeat S). Must..not...buy...this......

wow; so it finally changed from coming soon. just to late for my order of the 120gb ^$%$ hmmm I wonder when they will actually start shipping??

I'm wondering if this would work in an v1 30GB/80GB Zune? I believe the connector is the same, and the 80GB uses an 8mm drive as well, tmk. Maybe there's a size limit on the Zune, else I would think they'd advertise the Zune as a viable alternative.

This site prices are usually high for their parts, I'll probably wait a couple months until they are more readily available from other vendors. Nothing like a little comptetition.

Agreed! But I don't know how many they would sell, the average user doesn't have that large of a music collection.
