I received my order for the LZ ZO3A from you yesterday and the box had obviously been opened and retaped. The headphones smell terrible and the clamshell case was missing. I have putchased these previously so I know what comes in the box. Are these returned items? Is that why you are selling therm for 10 dollars. If so that is fraud because you are advertising them as new, but I will give the benefit of the doubt. Please advise...

Thank you for responding. Everything was in the box except for the earguides. The box was beat up and the tapes that seal the box had been opened and resealed, not smell smell but that couldvery well mind you and there were some other pieces of tape that repaired the box where it was torn. The headphones had a real bad smell but that could be the wires, it seems to be dissipating. The earphones sound good I was a bit surprised at the condition of the package. Never got an order like this before from you and I have gotten many....
