Gong Xi Fa Cai = based on Putonghua pronunciation
Kung Hei Fat Choy (Choi) = commonly used in Hong Kong, based on Cantonese.
I don't see the Gung version too much, but could also be used I suppose. There really isn't a right or wrong when the English spelling is based on Cantonese, just a more common and less common spelling.
And I always thought it was Year of the Pig, but come to think of it, I used to see Year of the Boar used on horoscope mugs when I was a kid.
