Couldn't find my answer from searches, sooooo...

Just getting into power cord builds and I want to make one that is going from one 3 prong plug to 2 IECs. I plan on using Belden's 3 conductor 14AWG wire. The Marinco plug says it can accept up to 10AWG. Thus my question: Will I be able to mount two twisted 14 AWG wires to a 10AWG terminal? Or is there a better way of building this double-headed cord?

The two wires together should come out to around 10-11AWG in size depending on how close you can work the strands together, so it will probably work.

I guess that seals it. Looks like you'll be getting your 2 headed monster, Butch.

Why does that strike me as a line delivered by Divine from a John Waters film?
