Looking for a new small player for work this summer, and i looked at iaudio u2
BUT
the amp in the thing is only 13mW at 16ohm per channel.
Seeing it will be driving the ksc75 which are 60 ohm, i was wondering if its any chance it will do just that?

Watts being what they are, it'll do 13mw into 60 ohms too.

If we presume that the output is 3vpp, that's 4.3ma of current. Not much, but should be vaguely enough.

I don't see a power handling rating for the ksc75 anywhere.

Edit: ok, well, maybe the ksc75 won't draw a whole 13mw, but, those 'phones are designed for portable use.

It'll handle them just fine. Any portable player short of the cheapest chinese knockoff will handle the KSC75, especially something made by iaudio.
