Hi. I almost exclusively listen to classical music, and I don't have any fancy amps or DACs. I want to spend $100 and the best sound I can get for that price range.

Browsing the FS section of the forums, I see Alessandro MS1i, Grado SR80i, and Sennheiser 555. Which would be ideal for classical music? I am looking for airy soundstage and clarity, though anything would be an upgrade from the cheap Sennheisers I have right now.

What should I get?

Thank you

For an open headphone in that price range, I think you might be better off with a Grado.  I agree that Sennheisers are good, but really - your price range is probably below the threshold for a really good open headphone.
