I listen to mathcore, gindcore and sometimes classical, jazz, ambient and so on. I would really like headphones that do very well with Hardcore music as well as drift into other genres nicely.
I am more of an at home listener rather than an outside listener so that means ill be using my laptop as well as my ps4 for gaming and music streaming through headphones. I see MTH50s mentioned a lot and while they're highly praised there are some listeners who feel they lack mid sectioning and feel somewhat empty, which leads me to be very unsure because everyone says different things, which is why i made a thread.
TL;DR I want an at home listening pair of headphones that are good for heavy metal as well as classical and ambient types of music that i can use with my laptop or ps4 for $100-250.
