Radio Shack.
I saw some nice ones there while I was getting some 2/$3 cheapies.
I've been getting connectors and other parts from Rat Shack pertaining to my other hobby, short wave radio as well as the odd audio adapter. Generally good stuff, IMO.

I say neutrik.

Canare f12 is needlessly large.

Also the solder points are made of a metal that's not exactly as solder-friendly as the Neutrik. It just doesn't want to stick to the solder as well.

Absolutely! I got some black right-angled Neutriks and after 2 days of use they look almost 6 months old. Metal exposing all over the plug.. A real shame.
So be sure to buy the shiny silver one

x2 on that.
The black RA Neutrik is really bad quality, especially its cover.
