1/4" Switchcraft jack wiring

Can someone tell which pins are left,right and ground.

Here the link to the jack on Switchcrafts site. Mine is #1. link

maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find where it says which pin is which.

unless it is in the upper left hand side, in which case I'm not sure what the "shunt spring and tip spring" are.

Take a look at the upper right mechanical drawing. Yours should be a tip-ring-sleeve jack. The tip spring terminal is the left channel. The ring spring terminal is the right channel. The sleeve terminal is ground. That corresponds to the three parts of the plug - the tip is left, the ring (the middle part) is right and the sleeve (the big part next to the case of the jack) is the ground. Same thing goes for 1/8" jacks and plugs.
