Haha, here's your reason to use LaTeX.
I only use Pages (Apple's MS Word) for note taking, or assignments I don't give a schiit about.

Yes, but LaTeX has a learning curve and this is due soon. XD
And plus, I want to see dissolvable condoms instead of latex.
 
Pages? Did you actually buy that? I've heard the formatting in Pages is better than msword.

It's certainly easier to get started because the GUI is IMO better (i.e. less crowded), but in terms of functionality MS word is better.
Overall pages is like a more lightweight, user-friendly processor. (which is enough for me because Ill use LaTeX for the more important stuff.)

I've done a bit in LaTeX, but with weird formatting like that, I don't think my condom putting-on skills are good enough to do the task. *I hope my body can take it*

I've only heard complaints about iWork's equivalent of Excel. Numbers? Then again, who uses iWork when you've got Office and everyone is already familiar with it? It's basically a port from Windows so there's nothing too different about the Mac version.

Why? because I grew up using iWork and never used MS Office.
I still have absolutely no idea how to use MS Office now and probably never will.

Seems like most of the staff is Animation DO (KyoAni sister studio) people.
