Try using a golf divot repair tool like this: Slide it under the tip and lift. Worked brilliantly on my Shure SE846. Depending on your model results may vary!

Are there any drawbacks to keeping IEM's in a desk drawer? If I keep them on my desk they gather dust after two or so days. Does keeping them in a locked environment like a drawer cause any changes to the audio signature/quality? This is for Sennheiser IE80 and Shure SE846.
